Tritech requires an experienced Business Analyst to work with our existing clients on enhancements and upgrades, and with new clients from initial GAP analysis through to implementation. While the role is senior in nature, this is a 'practitioner' roll up the sleeves position versus a leadership position.

CREDENTIALS / EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate is most likely working in a similar role with a property & casualty insurance company right now, or with a technology vendor / supplier to the property & casualty insurance company market.

The ideal candidate will have worked on projects, that involved conversions from a legacy p&c enterprise wide system to modern ones, or involved in significant portions of those projects.

Along with a bachelors level university degree, the ideal candidate will most likely have a CIP designation, (or more, ie: FCIP and CRM) and experience & knowledge with personal lines and commercial lines products, and all or most departmental functions within an insurance
company.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum experience level of 7 years in a similar role, and preferably 10-12 years.

Project Management Designation courses are preferred.

COMPENSATION:

Tritech actively prospects in Canada and the USA, and travel to client sites will be required from time to time, with appropriate expense reimbursement.

Tritech is offering a market competitive salary for this position dependent upon p&c insurance industry & position relevant experience levels & credentials.
