CAA (Ontario) Insurance Company successfully goes live on Tritech’s GIMS Enterprise Solution

Tritech was able to convert all of CAA (Ontario) Insurance Company’s data. Users began using the GIMS system Monday morning after a weekend of conversion and Final User Acceptance testing. The GIMS solution is provided by Tritech’s new High Availability world class five 9’s co-location data center. With a modern solution in place, CAA (Ontario) Insurance Company can extend their SOA architecture to further improve customer services, internal productivity and improve operational results.

Tritech integrates with Industry Third Party Information Suppliers

Tritech has enhanced it’s product offering to integrate with third party providers of MVRs, auto & property claims histories, and property replacement cost calculators using real time technology based on SOA to transfer data between Tritech’s General Insurance Management System (GIMS) and a third party supplier without having to leave GIMS and sign into each tool. AAIS Main Event

2007 Policy Admin Study

Tritech demos new Client Web Portal and updated Agent Web Portal to Celent during 2007 Policy Admin Study. Agent portal provides on-line Quick Quotes and new application entry for all lines of business, plus access to existing portfolio to view; Client, Policy, Billing, Claims and Documents. Client portal provides similar features to enhance the delivery of company services to its prospects and clients. Each portal restricts the user to their own portfolio. Company business analysts control access rights via the System Support Centre business rules repository.
