Pos Plus

Tritech’s Point of Sale (POS +) system provides single entry processing for any line of P&C business, in any state or province. The solution provides remote Agents or Brokers who are providing sales or service, with access to expert underwriting, accurate quotes, and the Agent’s portfolio.

Ease of Use

Our intuitive user interface reduces the learning curve and time to complete a quote. Intelligent screens are provided to indicate all missing and incorrectly entered information in a non-disruptive, web-style way. The Quick Quote Wizard turns data entry into a straightforward process, increasing a sales or service person's ability to provide timely and responsive client service. The user can select between quote or application which changes the number of required fields to be used.

Quote Comparison

POS + provides the ability to compare any number of quotes by displaying differences between them in an HTML cross-tab report, further simplifying the sales process.

Prospecting & Client Management

POS+ manages multiple versions of the quotation and ensures that only one is accepted and submitted as new business. POS + provides an Agent / Broker, with prospect follow-up diaries and transaction history for each quote & client.

Expert Underwriting

Point of Sale is run from a table-driven rules engine, to provide validation of company business rules. Rules are modified by your Business Analysts, and do not require time consuming & expensive programming changes.

Single Data Entry

Client information and risk information, is entered only once for multiple quotes. Quotes are immediately rated and an offering letter can be printed or emailed as a PDF file. If the client accepts the quotation, company-specific underwriting questions are presented. If approved automatically by the expert underwriter or by manual underwriter approval, the application is then uploaded into the Policy Administration system within minutes.

Eliminate Errors

Data entry and quote calculation processes in POS + are governed by the validation, rates and business rules of the insurance company to which the policy is submitted.

Agents / Brokers and staff benefit from single data entry, which eliminates errors, improves productivity and saves time.

POS + enables Agents / Brokers to complete a quote or new business in minutes and concentrate on closing sales that are approved by the company’s underwriting rules.

It's that edge that allows a firm to grow in a mature industry.
